Senior Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Training Development Specialist to lead our technical training initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class technical training programs that meet regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify technical training requirements, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and provide high-quality training solutions.
• Training Program Development: Establish, document, and maintain technical training programs, including detailed structures for all courses, catering to diverse learning styles and ensuring knowledge retention.
• Program Implementation and Maintenance: Develop, implement, integrate, and maintain technical and engineering training programs to train and develop personnel, utilizing various delivery methods and technologies.
• Compliance and Regulatory Management: Manage and oversee technical training programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
• OPITO Certified Assessor.
• TOT certified.
• Expertise in Engineering Training and development, experience as a Trainer and Examiner.
• 10-12+ years of LNG experience, with +5 years in technical training.
• Practical knowledge of technical training and engineering regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LNG project experience, technical training, and regulatory compliance. A motivated and experienced professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment is required.

Service Details:

• Location: Oman, with frequent visits to multi-sites.
• Service Status: Resident (5 days per week).
• Estimated Service Duration: 12 months (renewable).
