We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Pastry Expert in Salalah. As a Pastry Expert, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Shaping dough into various forms
- Monitoring baking times and temperatures
- Decorating finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the baking process
Requirements:
">- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef
- Ability to work with different types of dough
- Familiarity with baking equipment
- Creativity in coming up with new recipes or variations
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
