Responsibilities:
  

The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.


  

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Wellness to develop and implement wellness programs and services that meet the needs of our guests.
  • Leading a team of spa professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuring that all spa staff members are knowledgeable about our products and services, including treatment options, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintaining accurate records of spa operations, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
