We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive our technical customer engagement efforts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for customer success.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the Customer Engineering team, ensuring best-in-class technical support and customer success. You will serve as the primary technical interface for key customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.

You will provide hands-on technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers during integration and deployment. You will also collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to represent the voice of the customer and influence product direction.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in applications engineering, systems engineering, or other customer-facing technical roles. Prior experience with LiDAR, sensor technologies, or embedded systems is highly desirable.

You will build and manage a high-performing, geographically distributed team of applications and systems engineers. You will also define and implement processes and tools that streamline customer onboarding and support.

We are looking for a leader who has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently and effectively with customers and stakeholders. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to resolving complex technical challenges.

You will have experience working with international customers and managing support across global time zones. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required.

Experience with automotive, robotics, or industrial automation industries is preferred. Familiarity with customer success metrics and CRM tools is also beneficial.
