Cybersecurity Professorship

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professor to join our faculty in the field of Cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and research, with a focus on delivering high-quality educational experiences for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver courses in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Supervise research projects and guide students in their academic pursuits.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and programs related to Cybersecurity.
• Pursue research activities that enhance the department's reputation and academic output.
• Foster collaborations with industry partners and other stakeholders to promote the importance of Cybersecurity.

Requirements:

• A PhD in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area from an internationally recognized university.
• Expertise in one or more areas of Cybersecurity, including principles, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, network security, ethical hacking, or cyber risk management.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching Cybersecurity courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Active involvement in research and scholarly activities within the field of Cybersecurity.
• Professional certifications such as GIAC Certified Incident Handler, GIAC Penetration Tester, or others relevant to the field.
