At this level, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our tax services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and identifying the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects and ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

They will partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, develop skills outside their comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively mentor others, use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members, and address conflicts or issues.
