Project Planning Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The Project Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and controls for our construction projects. This includes developing and implementing project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing project schedules, including detailed plans and timelines, in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders
* Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to project teams and senior management
* Analyzing project data and identifying potential risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies
* Managing project budgets and tracking costs to ensure projects are completed within budget

Required skills and qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with project scheduling software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
