Mixologist and Ambassador

We are looking for a talented individual to create and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests at our bar. The ideal candidate will be able to bring our bar concepts to life by using their personal flair and style when interacting with our guests.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Brand Promise: Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times, reinforcing Hyatt's values and culture characteristics.
• Familiarity with Services: Be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions, and facilities offered by the hotel.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively between all internal workplace restaurant departments.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for attending training where required, having an avid interest in learning and education surrounding their venue and products.
