Editorial Specialist

A skilled Editor is required to review, revise, and finalize content for publication. The ideal candidate will have experience managing writers, ensuring accuracy and clarity, maintaining brand voice, and meeting deadlines.

1. Review and edit articles, blog posts, reports, social media content, and marketing materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
2. Evaluate content alignment with the company's tone, style, and branding guidelines.
3. Rewrite or reorganize content as necessary to improve readability and flow.
4. Collaborate with writers and contributors to develop high-quality, engaging content.
5. Verify all information to ensure accuracy and credibility.
6. Oversee the content calendar and manage deadlines effectively.
7. Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency across media.
8. Maintain and update editorial guidelines as needed.
9. Provide constructive feedback to writers and help develop their writing skills.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Editor, Copy Editor, or similar role (3+ years preferred).
• Exceptional command of the English language.
• Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, digital publishing tools, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
