About the Role

As a Bar Operations Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's bar.

You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the bar, including beverage preparation, guest service, inventory management, and cleaning and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure that the bar is fully stocked.
  4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a bartender.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, mocktails, and beverages; positive attitude, good communication, and team player.
  • Qualifications: Must be presentable and professional under pressure.
