Job Title: Tax Advisory Lead
">Description:
We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead our tax advisory team. As a tax advisory lead, you will be responsible for providing VAT and Corporate Tax advisory and compliance support to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing proposals and engagement letters tailored to client requirements, supervising and mentoring subordinates, and overseeing day-to-day administrative functions within the team.
In addition, you will ensure timely coordination with other departments for seamless project execution, review and finalize working papers and audit reports in line with applicable standards and internal guidelines, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Oman VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong grounding in audit and assurance, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/audit software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset.
