Electrical Systems Specialist


This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems in a plant environment. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, your primary duties will include carrying out maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical equipment and installations. You will also be responsible for monitoring the physical condition of equipment and reporting any non-conformances to the relevant authorities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and installations in a plant environment.
  • Quality Standards: Adhere to standard procedures and quality standards to ensure the effective functioning of electrical equipment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with Electrical Engineers/Supervisors to troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A technical certificate/Associate's Diploma in Electrical Maintenance is required.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in electrical maintenance as a technician in a plant environment is preferred.
