Creative Pastry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating high-quality pastries and desserts, with the ability to design and execute new recipes that meet quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing and baking various types of pastries, cakes, and desserts, as well as decorating them using different icings, toppings, and sauces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely production of all pastry items to meet customer demands, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create balanced menus and specials.

Additionally, they will train and supervise junior pastry chefs to improve their skills and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen.

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Advanced knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Creativity in designing new pastry recipes
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
