Project Operations Director

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead project execution activities and drive business growth.

As a seasoned professional in portfolio management, strategy, governance, and performance, you will oversee project teams to ensure alignment with company procedures, contractual requirements, and stakeholder needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Tendering, to drive sales and operations planning processes and support early involvement in tenders.

Key responsibilities include leading continuous improvements for the project execution strategy, ensuring consistent portfolio management, overseeing project execution teams, and monitoring project progress and financials.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project execution effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global leadership to drive strategic initiatives and optimize project delivery.
• Coordinate team development and training to ensure project managers have the necessary skills and expertise.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on scope, change, schedule, risk, and quality management. They possess established skills in managing people, with 3-5 years of experience in leading teams and driving resource and talent management.
