Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Inspecting rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Managing budgets and resources to optimize profitability and minimize costs.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
