Job Summary

Senior Backend Developer Lead
  • This is a Senior Backend Developer Lead position.

The successful candidate will lead the development of scalable web solutions, manage a team of developers, and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  1. Web Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire web development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance for frontend, backend, and DevOps processes, driving innovation and best practices adoption.
  3. System Architecture Design: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures that meet business requirements and user needs.
  4. High-Quality Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly web applications that meet customer expectations and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing server-side applications, preferably with proficiency in backend languages like Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of Python (Django, Flask) and Java (Spring Boot).
  • Strong understanding of database management and API development.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Understanding of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of Linux, VPS, and Virtual Machines.
  • Experience with IaaS such as OCI, Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in backend systems.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills in English.
