Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing trust with assigned customers and providing them with the best possible experience navigating our products.

You will work closely with other teams to facilitate the adoption of new products or services and support expansion within existing accounts.

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve business objectives

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, infrastructure, and customer success.

You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to structure and update documentation.
