Job Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations within our residential facilities. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that all areas of the accommodation are clean, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard
• Evaluating locations to ensure that all facets of the accommodation are satisfied and maintaining health and safety regulations
• Setting up repairs and resolving any problems that may arise on shift

You will also be required to have:
  1. 3-5 years of management experience in a similar field.
  2. Customer and personnel service skills.
  3. Public safety and security knowledge.
  4. Tracking and follow-up skills.
  5. Time management skills.
  6. Social interaction and service orientation.
  7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional customer service skills, public safety and security knowledge, and tracking and follow-up skills. You will also need to be able to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
