CP - Muscat OCEC (MSCCP) is seeking an experienced Restaurant Host to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests to the venue and provide accurate wait times.
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with wait staff about available seating options.
  • Maintain a clean reception area and cater to guests who require extra attention.
  • Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both in-person and via phone, as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area. Availability to work in shifts is also essential.
