We are seeking a Machine Operator Trainee to join our team in Oman. As a Machine Operator Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills needed to operate various types of machinery in our manufacturing facility.

Main Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain different types of machines such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines under supervision of experienced operators.
  • Evaluate production quotas and maintain quality standards.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to gain comprehensive knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.

  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use hand tools effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical fitness to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
