• We are a Dermatology Clinic looking for a professional Dermatologist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality consultations and advice on effective aesthetic treatments. This includes performing a wide range of injectable, non-invasive, and non-surgical procedures in the clinic.

As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical direction and strong professional leadership to nursing and clinical staff, driving the delivery of excellent clinical standards, safety, and continuous improvement to enhance patient experience.

1. Establish Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement standards for operational efficiency and service quality within the clinic.
2. Patient Consultations: Conduct patient consultations, discuss medical concerns, and recommend suitable services/products based on individual needs and lifestyles.
3. Medical Standards: Develop and review medical standards and guidelines in compliance with local laws.
4. Clinic Equipment: Ensure proper use of clinic equipment and that procedures are performed by qualified health professionals.
5. Patient Care: Address patient complaints and inquiries, providing leadership to meet medical care objectives.
6. Continuous Improvement: Participate in conferences and meetings to improve clinic care quality.
7. Clinical Skills: Enhance personal clinical skills and knowledge continuously.
8. Performance Review: Review clinic performance, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements.
9. Infection Control: Implement infection control procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
10. Communication: Build professional relationships with patients, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality.
11. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain good relationships with healthcare organizations and regulatory bodies.
12. Treatment Guidelines: Ensure staff adherence to legal treatment guidelines.
13. Team Environment: Foster a positive, harmonious work environment aligned with the clinic's mission and goals.

• Medical Qualifications: Medical graduate with MD from an accredited university; degrees from US/UK/Australia are advantageous.
• Cosmetology Certification: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology is a plus.
• Nationality: Any European or Arab national.
