Restaurant Manager - Pizza Operations Leader

We're seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead our pizza restaurant operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, inventory management, and customer service, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ensure excellent customer service by training and leading staff to exceed guest expectations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and family-friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to reduce waste and maintain optimal food costs.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and quality control measures.
  • Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
  • Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement staff development programs.
  • Monitor restaurant expenses and sales performance to meet revenue goals.
  • Control labor and food costs while maximizing efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, POS system management, and daily financial reporting.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual dining environment. A diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
