Role Overview:

The Treasury Director will be responsible for developing and executing cash management strategies to support Oman Air's business objectives.

Main Duties:
  • Develop and implement cash forecasting models to inform business decisions.
  • Optimize working capital by streamlining payment processes and negotiating favorable terms with vendors.
  • Analyze financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats to the airline's cash position.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to process payments and reconcile accounts.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting (MBA or post-graduate degree/accreditation a plus).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
