We are looking for a skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee inventory management, service coordination, and customer issue resolution in telecom field operations. This role involves working closely with partners to ensure timely delivery of services and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and collaborate with warehousing partners to ensure safekeeping and efficient receipt/dispatch processes
  • Coordinate with service partners to achieve timely completion of delivery, installation, and maintenance tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) at customer sites
  • Resolve customer complaints and work with internal teams and partners to address issues
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and update systems as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom field operations or similar roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of field management systems
