Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and preservation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure and possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock levels
• Ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration with other kitchen staff

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also need to:

• Have a strong understanding of basic preparation, presentation and preservation techniques
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent guest service skills

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have:

• A High School degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
