Job Overview:

Key responsibilities include assisting with administrative and operational tasks, answering calls and managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and documents, and participating in projects and supporting daily activities.

  • Key duties include assisting with inventory management, store maintenance, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Track and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, reporting low stock to supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, removing empty pallets and trash as required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and other messages, answering calls and managing correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team, participating in projects and supporting daily activities.
