Optimisation Lead for Latest Hardware

We're looking for a seasoned engineering leader to oversee the integration of Ubuntu on the latest IoT and server-class hardware platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for problem-solving, and excels at managing distributed teams.
- Lead a team of engineers to design and implement optimal Ubuntu solutions for the latest hardware and software stacks.
- Collaborate with commercial partners to deliver exceptional user experiences on their platforms.
- Develop and mentor your team through coaching, feedback, and leading by example.
We're seeking an individual with:
- Proven experience working with Linux distributions, debian packaging, and high-performance server-class hardware.
- A track record of effectively communicating technical solutions to customers, resolving issues, and meeting business needs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, preferably in managing or leading software engineering teams.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
