Leadership Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager Role

About the Position:

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance function in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Assurance Strategies: Create and implement effective assurance strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Clients Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Audit Leadership: Lead audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
  • Team Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Communication and Reporting: Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders, including clients, management, and other internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in portfolio management, assurance, and quality management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Formal auditor training course within relevant subject.
  • Line management experience.
  • Quality assurance experience.
  • Quality management system experience.
  • Internal auditing experience.
