Job Purpose: As a Product Delivery Coach, you will be part of a team to reinforce Agile ways of working and establish an environment in which the team can be effective.

  • You will support the team regarding self-organization, eliminate impediments, and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • You will work closely with the Product Owner to communicate the aim and scope of the product, aligning stakeholders and teams.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring Agile ways of working are adopted and consistently applied in the team.
  • You will provide guidance and support to the team in delivering digital products at pace, protecting them from external distractions and promoting efficient workflows.
  • You may work with one or multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with 2-4 years in business technology and team management.
  • A degree in computer science, Information systems, or a relevant field.
  • Strong teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience and previous accountability for delivery outcomes using Agile practices.
  • Expertise in Scrum methodology and artifacts.
  • A result-driven, can-do attitude, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience in development or project management in web/software delivery.
  • Familiarity with development best practices (e.g., continuous integration and deployment) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and creating transparency is essential.
