The role of a System Admin & Maintenance Lead is to oversee the installation, patching, management, troubleshooting, licensing, and updating of hardware and software assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance of network infrastructure, servers, and technology tools.
  • Management of system accounts and workstations.
  • Monitoring of system health, performance, and adherence to system requirements.
  • Backup and disaster recovery planning.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in database administration, network administration, switching, routing, security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and system hardening.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with systems such as Fortigate Firewalls, HP/CISCO/Aruba/D-Link/Allied Telesis Switches, Windows Servers, VM, and databases.
  • Knowledge of web services and configurations.
  • Supervisory skills for managing third-party contractors.
