Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate product requirements and develop test strategies to ensure compliance.
  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans to validate product functionality.
  • Analyze defects, prioritize fixes, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related risks and opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of testing activities, defect tracking, and quality metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new testing methodologies to continuously improve testing processes.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is necessary.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automated testing, test planning, and defect management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
