CRM & Billing Solutions Design and Implementation Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a seasoned CRM & Billing Technical Lead. You will leverage your technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM and billing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Billing solutions.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end integrations with ERP, payment gateways, customer portals, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams, focusing on best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.
- Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop project roadmaps.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of CRM & Billing systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues, overseeing system upgrades and patches.
- Partner with DevOps teams to automate CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments.
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection standards.
Key Requirements:
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Billing solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Strong understanding of billing models, invoicing processes, and subscription management.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
