Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Attendant to join our team. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving cocktails and beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Handling cashiering duties and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Providing information about our menu, promotions, and services to guests
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures and maintaining the bar area

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a bartender
  • Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, mocktails, and beverages
  • Positive attitude, good communication, and team player
  • Must be presentable and professional under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all opening and closing duties are implemented according to established standards
  2. Provide excellent guest service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
  3. Manage cash handling duties efficiently and accurately
  4. Stay up-to-date on local bar and drink trends to provide expert recommendations
  5. Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by being flexible, supportive, and encouraging
