About the Opportunity: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions by acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to plan and execute IT projects.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients' stakeholders to address issues and changes.
  • Engage in project analysis throughout the lifecycle, including design, development, and testing.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, including process flow diagrams and use cases.
  • Plan and execute projects using agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
  • Proven proficiency in working on IT projects focused on digital products and Business Intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with mapping business processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile project management methodologies.
