About the Role

As a Production Geologist at Hydrocarbon Finder, you will contribute to the identification and preparation of development opportunities, support drilling location selection, and help build the development portfolio. You will work collaboratively with our Subsurface Team, Reservoir Engineering peers, and Production and Reservoir engineers to achieve these goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Sequence Stratigraphy concepts and be able to develop stratigraphic frameworks and reservoir architectures based on these principles. They will also be able to correlate seismic, pressure data, and reservoir performance to validate their findings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating appraisal impact on reservoir characterization and reserves results
  • Working with Reservoir Engineering peers to maintain a development opportunities basket
