Production Operator Job Description

The Production Department is seeking a skilled operator to manage the PP Filler plant, adhering to all organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Ensure correct machine settings are applied after receiving the program from the supervisor.
  • Verify the checklist before each startup and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
  • Identify different raw materials from labels/tags and charge raw materials to the silo.
  • Check the quality of the filler.
  • Ensure the exact mixture of raw materials for the filler.
  • Handle twisting and packaging of the final material.
  • Ensure the final material reaches the store and is placed in the correct location.
  • Coordinate labor handling of the twisting machine.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and the workspace.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Operational knowledge of extruders is essential.
  • Experience with BUSS/MTI/W&P machines preferred, especially high-speed PVC pipe extruders.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Computer literacy required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary Education.
Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
