**Head Sommelier Position at Bali Jobs Recruitment**

• Oversee the restaurant and beverage experience, ensuring menus, wine lists, and amenities remain relevant and aligned with wellness and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to anticipate guest needs, uphold service standards, and enhance overall dining experiences.

**Requirements:**

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or a similar setting.
• 3+ years of demonstrated sommelier experience.
• A Hospitality Management Degree or some college education is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, along with the ability to reside in a remote location for extended periods and travel on a single status basis.
• Familiarity with global wine regions, including USA, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Chile, New Zealand, and Australia.
• Microsoft Office application literacy, cross-cultural work environments exposure.
• Knowledge and experience in purchasing and production processes.
• Very good command over written and spoken English.
• A second spoken language would be beneficial for communicating with diverse clientele.
