We are seeking a talented and proactive Campaign Assistant to support our marketing efforts. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving campaign success through meticulous planning, effective execution, and thorough analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging campaign materials, including digital content, social media posts, and promotional assets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance using data analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and reports to track campaign progress and effectiveness.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign impact and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
