Senior Associate Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to oversee SPV-related processes and tax transactions. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SPV-related processes and transactions to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Oversee SPV audits, review periodic financial reports, and coordinate board meetings
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve departmental goals
  • Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on their performance
  • Monitor and maintain oversight of tax inquiries, assessments, and audits at both OIA and SPV levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
  • CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or CMA qualification desirable
  • 8-10 years of related experience
  • Fluency in English essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
