We are looking for a charismatic and results-driven Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced kitchen team, where creativity, initiative, and teamwork come together to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, improving processes, and exceeding guest expectations.
Operational Excellence- Management of kitchen operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising staff to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food production.
- Implementation of sustainable practices, reducing waste, and conserving resources while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation.
- Development and maintenance of effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure the best possible deals and services.
- Collaboration with other departments, such as front office, housekeeping, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordinated efforts.
- Ability to identify, develop, and mentor junior chefs, providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Strong focus on employee engagement, retention, and motivation, with a keen sense of responsibility for creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust, foster open dialogue, and promote a culture of respect and empathy.
