Luxury Hotel Reservation Expert

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the reservations department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences.

• Run daily reports for operational departments, Sales & Marketing.
• Process new reservations, update and clean reservations, process deposits, answer reservation emails within 24 hours, and handle reports (No Shows, Comments, etc.).
• Assist in room allocation and handle special requests and hard blocking rooms.
• Contact guests or travel agents to clarify preferences or requests before arrival.
• Track future room availability based on reservations.
• Update internet reservation systems in coordination with hosts.
• Assist in determining room rates based on resort strategies.
• Manage guest history and profile systems.
• Ensure all reservations are completed with accurate guest, profile, and rate information.
• Uphold standards of service and operation.
• Adhere to guest feedback.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels. Hospitality diploma/degree is preferred.
• Skills in MS Office and familiarity with hotel systems like PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms.
• Knowledge of hotel/resort policies, reservations, discounts, MICE platforms, and handling local and international bookings.
• Experience working with high-end tour operators and travel agencies.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, and the ability to live and travel in remote locations.
