HSSE Strategic Advisor

Arabian Industries LLC is seeking a highly skilled HSSE Strategic Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health, safety, and environmental strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environment, with experience in managing and conducting training programs, interpreting and cascading relevant procedures and guidelines, and supporting the development of job safety analyses.

We are looking for someone who can interpret and report HSSE statistics, obtain and analyze data to inform decision-making, and provide expert advice on HSSE matters. The successful candidate will have a degree or HND in a relative discipline, a NEBOSH IGC or equivalent IOSH certificate, and at least 10 years of experience in the petrochemical/oil and gas industry.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing and implementing HSSE strategies that align with company objectives
• Managing and conducting training programs for personnel
• Interpreting and cascading relevant procedures and guidelines
• Supporting the development of job safety analyses
• Reporting and analyzing HSSE statistics
