About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist/Session Lead, you will be responsible for leading weekly Connect sessions with students, providing technical support, explaining concepts, solving questions, and communicating with students on Slack.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bilingual in (Arabic & English) is a must
  • Technical Competence: Power BI, Business Intelligence, SQL, Data Storytelling, Data Analysis, Data Visualization
  • 2+ years of working experience related to the above skillsets
