School Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Vice Principal at our institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, managing staff, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Assist in implementing and monitoring the academic curriculum, supervise lesson planning and classroom teaching, and ensure academic standards and curriculum compliance.
  • Discipline and Student Management: Oversee student behavior, attendance, and discipline policies, address behavioral issues, and foster a safe and respectful school environment.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Support faculty recruitment, mentoring, evaluation, and professional growth, conduct teacher observations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily school operations, manage schedules and academic calendars, and maintain school records and documentation.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between teachers, students, and parents, attend parent meetings and school events, and promote transparent communication.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance: Enforce school policies and regulations, ensure compliance with education guidelines, and contribute to school improvement planning.
  • Leadership and Decision-Making: Represent the Principal in their absence, collaborate in strategic planning, and inspire a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Co-curricular and Event Management: Coordinate school programs and activities, support student leadership, and encourage holistic development through cultural and sports events.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in education, preferably as a Vice Principal or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
