Building Trade Starter

Job Overview:

This is a full-time entry level position with Abroad Work, offering a unique opportunity to work on a range of construction projects in Oman.

As an Entry Level Mason, you will be responsible for assisting experienced masons with the construction and repair of structures using brick, stone, concrete or other materials.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Carrying materials and tools to the work site
2. Assisting with mixing mortar and grout
3. Laying bricks, stones or other materials according to design plans
4. Cutting or shaping materials to fit specific spaces using hand or power tools
5. Helping build scaffolding and ladders as needed
6. Cleaning up the work area after completion of the project

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
2. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
3. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced masons
4. Ability to work in various weather conditions
5. Biometric passport
6. No prior experience required
