Job Summary

Main Duties:

  2. Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
  3. Ensure seamless communication with the front-of-house team to guarantee exceptional guest experience.
  4. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and food costs.
  5. Lead and motivate the pastry team to achieve exceptional results.
