Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.

Responsibilities:

• Study plans and blueprints to determine materials and dimensions needed for the project.
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements.
• Build structures such as walls, floors, frames, and roofs using hand or power tools.
• Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, shelves, etc.
• Follow safety regulations at all times while working with tools and equipment.
• Repair existing structures by replacing damaged or defective parts.
• Collaborate with other workers such as plumbers or electricians to complete projects.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent math skills for measuring materials accurately.
• Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
