Job Description

We are currently seeking a Temporary Truck Driver to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a temporary driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals without experience in truck driving to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Transport goods to designated locations within specified time frames
• Inspect trucks before and after each trip, reporting any mechanical issues or damages
• Follow traffic laws and regulations while on the road
• Ensure timely delivery of goods by following pre-determined routes and schedules
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. You should also be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.
