The primary responsibility of a Mixologist is to deliver an excellent level of service to customers by preparing and serving drinks. This involves verifying age requirements, understanding alcohol pairing and tastes, and creating a selection of innovative and classic cocktails.

A successful Mixologist creates a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere by providing personalized guest experiences. To achieve this, staying up-to-date with industry trends is crucial in curating seasonal menus and exclusive signature cocktails unique to the venue.

Additionally, maintaining an organized and efficient bar setup is vital while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Developing strong relationships with guests is key in building loyalty and enhancing the bar's reputation.

For this role, a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations is also necessary.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
