Cocktail Specialist

About the Opportunity: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bartender to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Muscat. As a Bartender, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, and other beverages.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest requests.
• Working effectively as part of a team and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a 5-star hotel environment, preferably in a bartending or hospitality role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor even in challenging situations.
• Possession of a valid liquor license, where applicable.
